All purchases of data bundles and rewards are processed inside the official app. Refunds are applicable only for failed transactions verified by our support team.

2. Requesting a Refund

3. Refund Approval

Refunds are approved after verification. Successful refunds will be credited back to the user’s in-app wallet.

• Incorrect user input, e.g., wrong phone number.
